At Thabit Matcha, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality. If at any point you have concerns about our matcha, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll do everything we can to make it right. 

Most small businesses face many challenges at the moment, here are a few things to keep in mind with Thabit Matcha: 

- You are responsible for shipping costs. 

- Currently, we are not accepting returns as the hygiene and health concerns around consumable goods mean that it isn't practical to do returns at this time.

Thabit Matcha has made this choice to ensure the safety of both our team and consumers. 

We do encourage you to get in touch if you have any issue with your matcha and we will do everything we can to make it right. 


Our shipping carriers include UPS and USPS, and we operate Monday to Friday. Each order is meticulously prepared and packed individually, with processing and fulfilment typically taking 1-3 business days. It's important to note that this timeline begins on the first business day after the order is placed. If you have a preference for a particular shipping courier, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you have any shipping-related inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that in certain situations, such as carrier or weather-related delays, delivery may take longer than anticipated. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping with that said we will make every effort to assist you in locating your package, but please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our shipping fees are calculated dynamically and vary according to the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. 

Your Order:

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Within 2-3 business days, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is picked up by the carrier. The tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email can be used to track your package.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you encounter any issues, please contact us via the website and we will respond within 1-2 business days.

Encountering an issue with your order? No problem! Simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email via the website outlining the problem, and we will work with you to find a solution.
